The Indore centre currently boasts a workforce exceeding 3,300 employees, who are dedicated to assisting global clients in various sectors including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Retail, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing.

With the expansion, the company aims to augment its competencies in cloud solutions, application development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity, thereby addressing the shifting demands of its clientele.

This enhancement is poised to facilitate Infosys’ access to Central India’s expanding talent pool. The organisation intends to collaborate with esteemed institutions such as IIT Indore, IIM Indore, and Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.

The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of notable figures including Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, Indore Member of Parliament Shankar Lalwani, and Member of Legislative Assembly Manoj Nirbhay Singh Patel.

Infosys was represented by key executives including Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Sanghrajka, Executive Vice President Sunil Kumar Dhareshwar, and Senior Vice President Niladri Prasad Mishra, alongside other senior officials from both the Madhya Pradesh government and Infosys.

The newly established facility is designed with modern sustainability features including low-energy cooling systems, smart building automation, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater recycling.
