Samsung India Unveils 2026 Edition of Innovation Campus to Bolster AI Skills
INDIA, Aug. 12, 2026: Samsung India has officially launched the 2026 iteration of its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC), aimed at equipping the youth with vital skills in artificial intelligence (AI).
The latest edition will be executed in partnership with the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) and the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC).
Through these synergistic collaborations, Samsung aspires to train 20,000 youths in AI across ten states, thereby broadening access to pertinent AI education and fortifying India’s nascent talent pool in this burgeoning field.
AI is poised to revolutionize various sectors, from healthcare and manufacturing to education and routine services.
As India accelerates its ambitions in this transformative technology, cultivating a skilled workforce is paramount, empowering individuals to leverage AI’s potential and drive innovation.
Now embarking on its fourth year in India, SIC will furnish individuals aged 18–25 with experiential AI training, project-based learning, mentorship, and insights into real-world applications, effectively preparing them for careers in one of the most rapidly evolving technological arenas globally.
“AI signifies one of the most formidable opportunities of our era, and India is strategically positioned to spearhead this transformation through its vibrant youth.
Realizing this potential necessitates sustained investment in skill development, fostering innovation, and rendering AI education accessible to every aspiring learner, irrespective of their origins.
At Samsung, we are steadfast in our belief that technology achieves its maximum impact when it empowers individuals.
Through SIC, we are investing in the forthcoming generation of AI talent, enabling young Indians to cultivate the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to contribute meaningfully to India’s innovation narrative.
Marking our 30-year journey in India, we remain devoted to supporting the nation’s vision of becoming a global AI leader by nurturing the talent that will define its future,” stated JB Park, President and CEO, Samsung South West Asia.
As Samsung commemorates 30 years in India, this latest iteration of SIC exemplifies the company’s enduring commitment to cultivating technological talent and endorsing India’s ascendance as a global hub for AI and innovation.
Beyond sheer technical education, the program aims to enhance problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and collaboration, empowering participants to devise practical AI solutions while improving their job readiness.
Since its inception in 2022, SIC has successfully trained over 26,500 young individuals throughout the nation in emerging technologies.
The year 2025 saw a remarkable 48% female participation, thus making advanced technological education more accessible to aspiring learners from diverse backgrounds.
SIC is integral to Samsung’s broader commitment to fortifying India’s innovation and skilling ecosystem.

Complementing initiatives like Samsung Solve for Tomorrow, which nurtures young innovators and entrepreneurs, along with Samsung DOST, which cultivates industry-ready talent for sales and technical service roles, Samsung continues to invest in enhancing the skills, capabilities, and innovative mindset that will propel India’s AI-driven future.
