Meta Expands Muse AI into Business Solutions

During the Meta Connect event held in Menlo Park, California, the company showcased Jolly, the emblematic mascot for its Muse AI agent, on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Following the successful introduction of its Muse AI agent, Meta is now seamlessly integrating this innovative artificial intelligence service into the realm of commerce.

On Tuesday, the tech giant unveiled Muse for Small Business, a solution that enables connectivity with popular software from renowned companies such as Asana, Zoom, Intuit, Box, Canva, and Salesforce’s Slack.

The AI agent can also interface with Meta’s advertising accounts alongside professional Instagram and Facebook profiles.

The pricing structure mirrors that of the existing Muse application, which is offered free of charge with certain usage limitations and is also available on a subscription basis for extensive usage.

This announcement comes hot on the heels of the company’s Monday revelation regarding a new enterprise platform, which features the recruitment of MongoDB CEO CJ Desai to spearhead its development. This platform will incorporate a Muse agent, a business-oriented agent, and a coding tool.

Meta has had an exhilarating month in the stock market, witnessing a 25% increase in its stock value throughout September, despite a slight pullback over the past two trading sessions.

This upward momentum was largely attributed to the September 8 rollout of Muse, which rapidly ascended to the apex of Apple’s App Store, eclipsing ChatGPT.

Evercore’s Mark Mahaney indicated on CNBC that he anticipates Muse will amass 100 million users within the next six to twelve months.

“Assign Muse a mission—whether it’s managing your business or pursuing new clientele—and it will deliver,” declared the company in their Tuesday communiqué.

Having long depended upon digital advertising as a primary revenue source, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has pledged to explore new business avenues through AI, especially after investing billions in acquiring top-tier AI talent last year.

Prominent among these recruits is Alexandr Wang, the founder of Scale AI, who is at the forefront of the company’s AI initiatives. Wang’s team began unveiling novel AI models under the Muse Spark umbrella last April.

During the recent Meta Connect event, Zuckerberg characterized Muse as the “cornerstone” of his AI strategy.

Meta’s latest foray into business solutions coincides with OpenAI’s developer day, signaling the company’s intent to rival OpenAI and Anthropic within the enterprise sector.

The social media titan is already well-established in the small business arena, with approximately 200 million such enterprises utilizing its platform, according to the company.

“Small businesses have flourished on our apps for nearly two decades,” mentioned Meta in their blog entry. “They express that their constraints lie in time, not in creativity. Thus, we developed Muse for Small Business to assist in accomplishing tasks using the tools they are already familiar with.”
