New Appointment at Kohl’s: Steven Dee as Chief Technology Officer
Kohl’s has officially announced the appointment of Steven Dee as its new Chief Technology Officer. In this pivotal position, Dee will oversee all technological and informational infrastructures that bolster Kohl’s omnichannel operations, thereby facilitating broader business objectives.
He will join the executive leadership team on August 25 and will report directly to interim CEO Michael Bender.

With a proven track record in driving impactful results, scaling tech teams, and orchestrating innovative technological solutions, Dee is set to make substantial contributions.

Most recently, he served as Chief Information & Technology Officer for Rodan + Fields, a prominent American skincare and haircare firm. Dee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
