Samsung India Unveils Samsung Innovation Campus 2026
Samsung India has proudly introduced the Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) 2026 in Karnataka, aiming to equip 2,000 young individuals with pivotal skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This event attracted notable attendees, including Shri Basavaraj Rayareddy, the esteemed Minister for Higher Education in the Karnataka Government, alongside distinguished representatives from Nrupathunga University, Bengaluru.
This initiative, launched in collaboration with Nrupathunga University, aligns seamlessly with Karnataka’s aspiration to cultivate an AI-centric ecosystem.
By broadening access to practical education in AI, the program endeavors to nurture a workforce that is adept at handling future technological challenges. Notably, SIC has successfully trained over 3,000 participants in the region to date.
SIC stands as a global educational initiative designed to empower the youth with skills applicable to emergent technology careers.
Now in its fourth consecutive year in India, the campus offers hands-on AI training to participants aged 18–25, allowing them to address real-world challenges and enhance their career preparedness.
The launch in Karnataka signifies a robust commitment to fostering innovation driven by AI within the state.
Samsung aims to mold industry-ready graduates by providing access to relevant AI education, significantly enriching the state’s technology talent reservoir.
This initiative is part of a larger campaign, with Samsung targeting to empower 20,000 youths across ten states through SIC 2026.

SIC 2026 is being executed in partnership with the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) and the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC).
The program emphasizes essential AI and Generative AI education through systematic learning, practical engagement, and mentorship.
In its previous iteration in 2025, SIC successfully trained over 20,000 participants nationwide, with a noteworthy 48% female enrollment.
The 2026 edition aims to build on this success, extending advanced technological education to a broader group of young individuals, thereby equipping them with skills pertinent to India’s dynamic digital economy.
