Schneider Electric Appoints Ratnesh Pandey as Vice President of Marketing

New Delhi: Schneider Electric, a preeminent entity in energy technology, has officially announced the appointment of Ratnesh Pandey as Vice President of Marketing for Schneider Electric India, effective August 1, 2026.

In this pivotal role, Ratnesh will spearhead Schneider Electric India’s marketing strategy, encompassing brand development, multifaceted marketing, digital engagement, customer relations, and commercial excellence.

His efforts will be instrumental in bolstering the company’s market dominance and enhancing customer value as India embarks on a journey toward a more digital, electrified, and sustainable paradigm.

Deepak Sharma, Zone President for Greater India, Managing Director, and CEO of Schneider Electric India, remarked on Ratnesh’s appointment: As we propel forward in advancing energy technology for a more sustainable and digital existence, marketing is paramount in crafting customer value, fortifying market leadership, and stimulating business expansion.

Ratnesh possesses an exemplary blend of brand-building proficiency, transformative vision, and the ability to convert business strategies into substantial market influence.

His stewardship will deepen our connection with customers and bolster our efforts to propel energy technology across India.

Bringing over 17 years of extensive experience in brand management, digital innovation, strategic marketing, and communications, Ratnesh has dedicated nearly 12 years to the Schneider Electric ecosystem.

Most recently, he served as Director and Head of Marketing and Communications at Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a segment of the Schneider Electric group in India.

In this capacity, he successfully directed the brand’s migration and launch across India, the Middle East, and Africa, significantly enhancing its visibility through extensive consumer engagement initiatives, including a notable partnership with the Mumbai Indians as Principal Partner.

Throughout his tenure at Schneider Electric, Ratnesh has led diverse marketing strategies across consumer retail, sustainability, energy management software, buildings, home automation, and strategic growth initiatives.

His experience encompasses integrated B2B and B2C marketing, channel engagement, brand revitalization, and the articulation of technology-driven value propositions.

Expressing his vision upon this elevation, Ratnesh Kumar Pandey stated: India’s growth trajectory is propelled by electrification, digitalization, and sustainability, unveiling fresh avenues for innovation and value generation.

As we advance energy technology to empower our customers toward greater efficiency, resilience, and sustainability, our emphasis will lie in cultivating deeper engagement, enhancing market relevance, and ensuring measurable business results.

I am eager to navigate the next growth phase for Schneider Electric’s brand and business within India.
