The ceremony was graced by Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch, alongside Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate for Digital Transition and Administration Reform.
The event also drew attendance from high-ranking government officials, regional dignitaries, the U.S. Ambassador to Morocco, Duke Buchan III, and Oracle Executive Vice President Simon de Montfort Walker.
