Available at no additional cost for paid WordPress.com plans, this feature is opt-in, allowing site owners to determine its activation and specify permitted functions on a per-site basis.

All actions necessitate explicit user confirmation prior to execution. Edit modifications to published content are particularly marked, as these alterations take effect immediately.
The system operates on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard designed to effectively connect AI agents with external services in an organized manner. Its deployment employs OAuth 2.1 to fortify the connection between an AI agent and a user’s site.
