Ultamation Significantly Expands Office Space in Liverpool Science Park

This marks the fourth relocation for Ultamation within LSP. The firm’s office has expanded from 800 square feet to an impressive 2,000 square feet, reflecting its ambition for further development.
According to Sciontec, the operator of LSP, this recent transaction has elevated the facility’s occupancy rate to a striking 92%, underscoring the escalating demand for office and laboratory space within the Knowledge Quarter of Liverpool’s innovation district.
Since its inception at LSP in 2010, the company, directed by the husband-and-wife duo Oliver and Emma Hall, has specialized in software solutions for home automation as well as audio-visual sectors.
The newly refurbished office, known as The Garden Suite in building iC2, boasts an integrated private kitchen, collaborative breakout zones, and exceptionally speedy internet access—along with picturesque views of the Metropolitan Cathedral.
Oliver Hall remarked, “Our journey as a business has been closely intertwined with our experiences at Liverpool Science Park. It serves as an ideal location for us to collaborate, attract top talent, and engage with the innovative ecosystem represented in Knowledge Quarter Liverpool.”

Other recent developments at LSP include the arrival of PlantSea, which focuses on creating regenerative biomaterials as sustainable alternatives to plastic, and MF Architecture, which has upgraded to a larger space within iC2 from its previous office in iC1.
