New Delhi: Panasonic Life Solutions India has announced the arrival of the LUMIX S1II and LUMIX S1IIE, the newest additions to its Full-Frame mirrorless LUMIX S Series, crafted for professional photographers, filmmakers, and content creators.

According to the company’s statement, these cameras are engineered to deliver exceptional image quality, vivid color reproduction, and advanced video capabilities suitable for both still photography and motion content.

LUMIX S1II

The LUMIX S1II has been meticulously designed for professional photographers and videographers, as stated by Panasonic. Featuring a 24.1MP full-frame partially stacked CMOS sensor, coupled with the proprietary Venus Engine, this camera supports video recording capabilities of 5.1K at 60p, 4K at 120p, and 5.8K at 60p.

It also boasts high-fidelity color grading, perfect for cinematic video, and offers up to 15 stops of dynamic range in V-Log at frame rates below 30p.

Specially designed for action and sports photography, it presents a blackout-free burst shooting capability at an impressive 70 frames per second in SH/SH PRE mode, marking it as the fastest option within the LUMIX series. Furthermore, open gate recording has been extended to 5.1K at 60p.

LUMIX S1IIE

The LUMIX S1IIE serves as an upgraded iteration of the LUMIX S1II, appealing to creators seeking a professional enhancement. This camera amalgamates ergonomic design with professional-grade imaging prowess.

It features a 24.2MP sensor inspired by the LUMIX S5II and supports 6K 30p open gate video recording, showcasing a cinematic 2.4:1 aspect ratio available at multiple frame rates up to 60p without cropping.

Moreover, it provides 14 stops of dynamic range in V-Log. The burst shooting capability reaches up to 30 fps using the electronic shutter in SH/SH PRE mode and up to 10 fps with the mechanical shutter in H+ mode.
