“It’s not just apply, apply, apply,” Charnas asserted. “It’s about identifying who you know or how you can get your resume directly into the hands of decision-makers.”
Rob Moore, an individual navigating the job market, affirms the support he has received from Gesher in his quest for employment.
“There’s a plethora of resources available to assist those in need,” Moore remarked.
Moore, who has been actively seeking employment for several weeks, praises Gesher’s commitment to providing valuable resources tailored to individual needs, from job opportunities and resume enhancements to skills evaluations.

In an effort to document and share his journey, Lane recently launched a new podcast titled ‘Ghosted by the Machine’, which showcases the experiences of guests facing similar challenges.
“These narratives are powerful. They embody hope and tenacity,” Lane stated.
Charnas further elaborated, “We’re offering an array of workshops, both virtually via Zoom and in-person, throughout the month.”
