LLYC has appointed Carlos Andrés Ariza as its new managing director of integrated marketing for the United States. Ariza transitions to LLYC from Gravity Global, where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Integrated Media.
During his tenure, he meticulously crafted integrated campaigns for high-profile brands, including Nvidia, Intuit, Ford, Honda Powersports, LEGO, and Dole Foods. Within LLYC, Ariza shall spearhead the agency’s digital marketing division, enhancing its competencies in omnichannel media, marketing technology, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation.

Avenue Z Elevates Thomas Stern to Chief Revenue Officer
Avenue Z has promoted Thomas Stern to the newly established role of Chief Revenue Officer. Stern, who previously served as Senior Vice President of Client Solutions since June 2023, was instrumental in leading comprehensive strategies across the fintech, healthcare, and private capital sectors.
Prior to joining Avenue Z, Stern worked as head of sales at the technology firm Alethea and was VP of Sales at NewsWhip. In his enhanced capacity, he will oversee revenue strategies and growth initiatives across the company’s performance marketing, public relations, and AI optimization sectors.

IRIS Software Group, a provider of software solutions for accountancy, payroll, human resources, and education, has appointed Marissa Carlson as Chief Marketing Officer, effective November 10.
Carlson most recently fulfilled the role of CMO at the healthcare collaboration platform TigerConnect, where she orchestrated go-to-market strategies and strategic brand repositioning. She previously occupied the CMO position at the medical imaging management firm Intelerad.
