HARRISBURG — As of January, motorcyclists will be permitted to don headphones and earbuds while riding, following the passage of a newly ratified bill.
Known as Act 43 of 2025, this legislation authorizes the use of headphones or earbuds, as well as helmets equipped with audio capabilities. This is conditional upon adherence to existing statutes regarding protective gear.
