Horwood Homewares Expands Collaboration with Growth Society to Include Judge Kitchenware Brand
Horwood Homewares has broadened its alliance with the ecommerce consultancy Growth Society, extending the partnership to encompass the esteemed Judge kitchenware brand.
This collaboration began in April 2025, initially focusing on the Stellar range. The objective was to facilitate international expansion across Europe, the United States, and Canada. It also involved comprehensive performance marketing and strategic ecommerce advisory.
Remarkably, this initiative has already yielded a 68% increase in net sales on a year-over-year basis, alongside enhanced return on investment as a result of optimized organic and paid media strategies, conversion rate optimization, and customer relationship management.
Building upon this promising foundation, Horwood has now designated Growth Society to spearhead performance marketing for Judge, one of the UK’s most venerable and trusted kitchenware brands.
Growth Society will assume responsibility for strategy and implementation for the Judge brand across various platforms, including paid search, paid social, and CRM. Their aim is to catalyze sustainable growth through a diversified mix of channels.
The consultancy, which employs teams of fractional specialists and agency talent for strategic planning and campaign execution, will also enhance its reporting capabilities. This will anchor performance marketing insights and profitability at the core of its collaboration with Judge.
Richard Sharp, marketing director at Stellar, remarked, “Judge boasts a rich heritage, and we are poised with ambitious plans for its future development. Since initiating our partnership with Growth Society on Stellar six months ago, we have witnessed substantial impacts across all facets they support, and I am optimistic we can replicate this success with Judge.”
He further emphasized, “Their strategic acumen, coupled with the agility and quality of execution offered through their fractional model, has proven to be more effective and efficient than the traditional agency relationships we have experienced.”
Will Anderson, founder and growth partner at Growth Society, expressed, “I am thrilled with the results we have achieved and the partnership we have cultivated with Richard and the Horwood Homewares team this year.
The decision to expand our relationship to include another brand serves as both a testament to the impact we’ve created and a validation of our leaner, more nimble operational model.”
Growth Society’s team of strategic consultants includes industry veterans Matt Roffe, Amy Bott, and Simon Lister, who draw upon their experience from leading ecommerce entities such as Gymshark, THG, and END.
