Trump further criticized European nations for maintaining imports of liquefied natural gas from Russia. “This is not consistent with our agreement. When questioned about the possibility of hosting a summit to mediate between Russia and Ukraine, he responded, “Whether you call it a summit or merely a meeting, it is irrelevant. The challenge lies in the pervasive animosity; they have arrived at a point where dialogue seems implausible.”
Letter to NATO Nations
In a recent correspondence to NATO members, Trump emphasized, “I am poised to enact significant sanctions on Russia, contingent upon all NATO countries reaching a consensus and ceasing to procure oil from Russia.”
Proposed Tariffs on China
Additionally, Trump suggested that NATO should impose tariffs ranging from 50 to 100 percent on China. “I maintain that such actions, coupled with NATO collectively imposing tariffs on China, should remain in effect until the conflict between Russia and Ukraine concludes. This will prove instrumental in alleviating this catastrophic yet senseless war,” he noted.
Furthermore, he asserted that China maintains a substantial influence over Russia, and these tariffs will disrupt that relationship.

Trump criticized the prior administration, asserting, “This is not TRUMP’S WAR (it would have never commenced under my administration!). This is Biden’s and Zelenskyy’s WAR.
