The Cybersecurity Operations Student will embody a relentless learner with a strong foundation in Information Technology and adeptness with Information Security tools essential for astutely analyzing and mitigating risks in an expansive IT landscape.
This candidate will possess keen analytical acuity, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure, both autonomously and in collaborative team environments.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of pertinent Security technologies and methodologies.
- Engage in research and promote awareness of both existing and emerging technology trends in security.
- Assist in the upkeep of security strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Play a role in managing all dimensions of security service delivery, offering guidance for projects, and overseeing new and evolving technologies.
- Foster working relationships and enhance comprehension of security best practices with business partners.
- Utilize the Microsoft 365 cloud environment to design and maintain security governance tools.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program emphasizing computer science or an information technology discipline.
- Prior experience in an IT setting, with exposure to one or more specific IT domains.
- Familiarity with security-related analytical and reporting tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities alongside well-honed verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to acquire new competencies.
- AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration (to be initiated upon offer – employment is contingent on obtaining and maintaining this license).
