This foundational preparation allows our team to focus on innovation, integration, and alignment with mission goals. Even during our early stages, we established systems parallel to those of much larger organizations, albeit at substantial cost.
However, this investment has uniquely positioned us for growth that many peers may struggle to achieve. Our partnerships also play a crucial role, from financial institutions that adeptly manage our cash flow as we expand to over 800 team members to benefits organizations that ensure our personnel receive the best offerings, enabling them to concentrate on their roles while balancing personal responsibilities.

Our culture, which has been cultivated since our inception, is vital in this regard. Our mission and values were collaboratively established by our initial team to support continual growth. As a hands-on CEO, I prioritize engaging with our personnel globally.
While travel can be taxing, I consistently hear affirmations of our commitment to their well-being. This cultural foundation is crucial in attracting exceptional talent. Each time I return from field visits, I remind our back office staff that their support is paramount to our mission’s success.
