With coding agents in the mix, we observe rapid progress on minor tasks that eventually encounter obstacles that hinder further advancement.

Historically, our approach has utilized the ‘two-pizza team rule,’ where teams consist of six to ten individuals; this practice, however, is now under scrutiny.

It is increasingly evident that organisations cannot function merely as collectives of isolated individuals, as such a framework lacks sustainability.

Security Necessitates Engineering Expertise

Consequently, the industry grapples with the realization that while we can generate more code at an accelerated pace, the paramount consideration remains: can it be achieved securely?

For that, human expertise is irreplaceable.
