Google Unveils YouTube BrandStack at Google Marketing Live India 2026

In a groundbreaking announcement, Google has launched YouTube BrandStack, an ingenious AI-driven advertising platform conceived in India.

This innovative solution was unveiled at the highly anticipated Google Marketing Live India 2026, alongside a suite of advanced Gemini-powered tools tailored for Search advertisements, creator collaborations, and AI-enhanced marketing automation aimed at elevating campaign efficacy.

The introduction of these features promises to empower brands in reaching their target audiences with enhanced precision, facilitating the generation of quality leads and expediting the development of advertising content across both Search and YouTube platforms.

New Delhi: Google’s latest suite of AI-driven advertising instruments is designed specifically for the Indian market.

Among the myriad offerings, YouTube BrandStack stands out as a premier solution for brands seeking to optimize campaign strategy, target the right customers, foster creative production, and drive lead generation across the expansive domains of Search and YouTube, leveraging the cutting-edge capabilities of Gemini AI models.

Dan Taylor, Vice President of Global Ads at Google, elaborated on the transformative power of AI in enhancing the engagement between consumers and advertisers during a virtual media roundtable.

He emphasized that Gemini now underpins Google’s advertising framework, granting advertisers an enriched understanding of consumer intent, facilitating the presentation of highly relevant ads, and optimizing campaigns with unprecedented effectiveness.

YouTube BrandStack: A Fusion of Branding and Performance

Conceived entirely in India, YouTube BrandStack consolidates branding, performance metrics, and planning within a singular platform.

According to Roma Datta Chobey, Managing Director of Connected Consumer Commerce at Google India, this innovative solution employs AI-driven insights coupled with detailed audience segmentation to strike a harmonious balance between augmenting brand recognition and achieving quantifiable business outcomes.

Additionally, Google disclosed that Axis Max Life Insurance has become the inaugural company to harness the capabilities of YouTube Connected TV and BrandStack during the current cricket season. The campaign reportedly yielded a remarkable 18.4% increase in brand search traffic and a 23% rise in the quality of leads.

AI Innovations in Search Ads and Creator Commerce

Among other innovations, Google has introduced the YouTube Affiliate Partnerships Boost—an advertising format that features creator videos with tagged products.

This new functionality enables brands to tap into authentic creator content, providing creators with the opportunity to earn greater commissions while enriching brand narratives.

In a further stride for AI integration, Google is beta-testing its Gemini-powered Business Agent for Leads in India. This AI assistant can be tailored to address customer queries directly from search ads, obviating the need for traditional lead qualification methods.
