These skills will be designed using natural language and will function within SharePoint’s existing permission and security frameworks.

Microsoft Teams is preparing to reveal a refreshed meeting interface that enhances the visibility of controls and streamlines content sharing.
Frequently employed tools—such as microphone, camera, and screen sharing—will be consolidated in a simplified, centre-aligned layout, while less commonly utilised options will transition to a reorganised More menu.
Additionally, Teams will present a refined sharing experience, featuring live previews of shared screens and windows, a more systematically organised sharing panel, and an added confirmation step to mitigate the risk of inadvertently sharing incorrect content.
Microsoft Teams: AI Meeting Recaps Without Need for Recordings or Transcripts (August Update)
Microsoft Teams will introduce a new functionality for Microsoft 365 Copilot users, allowing the generation of an AI-driven meeting recap without the necessity of saving a meeting recording or transcript.
This feature offers a means to encapsulate essential discussion points, decisions, and action items while minimising the retention of meeting content.
Meeting organisers who hold a Microsoft 365 Copilot license will have the capability to enable or disable this feature prior to or during the meeting.
Once activated, Copilot will produce a post-meeting summary that participants with Copilot access can review afterwards. No recording or transcript will be retained as part of this offering.
